By visiting fxvantus.com, registering an account, purchasing a program, or using any FXVANTUS service (collectively, the "Services"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, and Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
Scope of Services
These Terms govern all FXVANTUS offerings, including Instant Trading, One-Step Challenge, and Two-Step Challenge programs; account sizes from $5,000 to $500,000; the client dashboard; credential delivery; identity verification; payout processing; promotional offers; referral features; and customer support. Program-specific rules displayed on pricing pages, at checkout, or within your dashboard are incorporated into this agreement by reference.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date and may notify you by email or dashboard notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated Terms, stop using the Services and contact support@fxvantus.com.
